Warriewood Road

WARRIEWOOD

Just a short, five-minute drive from Warriewood Beach, this Northern Beaches home captures the relaxed coastal lifestyle at its best. A first for Two Stories, we were engaged to work alongside a project home builder already selected by the client, collaborating closely from early design decisions through to completion.

Our role focused on refining the layout, elevating the overall design intent and guiding the selection of finishes, joinery and furniture. The result demonstrates how a project build can feel thoughtful and personal, with spaces shaped around the needs of a young family rather than a standard template.

The home comprises four generous bedrooms, a dedicated rumpus room and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens naturally to the garden and deck. High ceilings and wide stacking doors enhance the sense of space and strengthen the connection between indoors and out, making outdoor living part of everyday family life.

A soft, neutral palette runs throughout the interiors, layered with tactile, natural materials. Subtle sage green accents appear in the furniture and master ensuite tiles, while a bespoke window splashback draws in views of the garden. Warm oak timbers, linen sheers, leather upholstery, concrete surfaces and hand-finished zellige tiles combine to create a relaxed, coastal atmosphere with depth and texture.

Custom joinery was designed throughout the home, including the living room, study and walk-in robe, providing practical storage that supports the family’s day-to-day living.

Warriewood Road is a considered interpretation of coastal family living — calm, functional and quietly reflective of its beachside setting.
